Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Teravie Beauty, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and high-quality products.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that are opened or used cannot be returned or refunded. Every product has a plastic seal; even if that is opened, the product cannot be returned for a refund.  Only unused and unopened products in the condition it was sent may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to approval by our support team. You will need to send an email from your registered email address, seeking approval for the same with a reason.

To initiate a return, customers must  request for return in Seven  days .contact us at the official support email or phone number provided on the website. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within seven to ten working days after the returned product is received in good condition.

Once a product is delivered, you cannot ask for an exchange.  A replacement is only possible if you have received an incorrect product from our side.  You will need to share the order details and image of the product to request a free replacement. This can be done within seven days of receipt of your incorrect order.  You can raise a request within seven days by writing an email to us from your registered email id. There is no provision of a refund in this scenario; however, if you wish to request a refund, please mention the same, and our Team shall look into it.The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days of delivery.

You can request for exchange within 2 days of delivery. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
